She has extensive expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, along with experience in startup legal work and the range of legal matters that arise within the startup industry. Her hands-on experience spans MSAs, NDAs, technology service agreements, distributor agreements, and securities-market-related documentation, along with regulatory compliance across SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI and PFRDA frameworks.
